Job description

My growing defence client is seeking a HR/Recruitment Administrator, reporting to the People Operations Advisor. You’ll provide administrative support to the People Operations function in line with company policies and procedures. Please note this role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  2. Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new joiners are inducted correctly.
  3. Deal with routine People Operations related queries, ensuring appropriate actions can be taken in a timely manner, escalating as necessary.
  4. Administer recruitment tasks through the Applicant Tracking System to provide a positive candidate experience, scheduling interviews and providing feedback promptly.
  5. Collate, produce, and distribute regular and ad hoc data, statistics, and reports; administer payroll and pension processes.
  6. Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system.
