My growing defence client is seeking a HR/Recruitment Administrator, reporting to the People Operations Advisor. You’ll provide administrative support to the People Operations function in line with company policies and procedures. Please note this role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new joiners are inducted correctly.
- Deal with routine People Operations related queries, ensuring appropriate actions can be taken in a timely manner, escalating as necessary.
- Administer recruitment tasks through the Applicant Tracking System to provide a positive candidate experience, scheduling interviews and providing feedback promptly.
- Collate, produce, and distribute regular and ad hoc data, statistics, and reports; administer payroll and pension processes.
- Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system.
