Job description

Amazon Customer Service - Business (CS-B) provides support to corporate customers holding business accounts. The primary responsibilities of a General & Operation Administrator include maintaining a safe and comfortable workplace through effective communication with team members and related departments, and continuously improving work environments. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks necessary for smooth customer service (CS) operations, such as managing supplies, accounting, arranging travel, and coordinating engagement activities and internal events. You will also participate in projects aimed at improving workflow and increasing transparency.

Key job responsibilities
  1. General Affairs
  • Processing invoices and managing procurement records using internal expense systems
  • Preparing for international visitors' meetings, arranging domestic travel and meals, and handling on-the-day responses
  • Operational Support
    • Translating internal documents and interpreting during meetings (Japanese-English)
    • Handling attendance communications and inputting data into attendance management tools
    • Creating and adjusting employee shift schedules
  • Event Planning & Support
    • Organizing events to boost employee motivation and managing original merchandise production and delivery
    • Supporting team improvement activities and award events
    • Preparing and managing charity activities and other departmental events
    Minimum qualifications
    • Education & Experience
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Language Skills
      • Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 or equivalent
      • Business-level English (fluent speaking and writing)
    • Work Experience
      • Experience as a secretary or administrator
      • Experience working in a global or multinational team
    • Professional Skills
      • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
      • Efficient multitasking abilities
      • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced)
    • Additional Skills and Experience
      • Customer-oriented mindset and attitude
      • Over one year of experience in customer service
      • Experience in planning and executing internal events and employee engagement activities
      • Project management experience
