Job summary

PwC UK in Leeds is seeking a Senior Associate within the People Lifecycle team to drive and deliver our key people processes across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with teams across the People Function to review, redesign and enhance processes, leverage technology, improve governance and reporting, and support the delivery of strategic people priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR, People Function or shared services environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify practical solutions.
• Experience with data, reporting and management information to support decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work to agreed timescales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality documentation and presentations.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across People processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
• Maintain governance, documentation and knowledge management, ensuring policies and standards are up to date.
• Manage a portfolio of workforce-related cases across performance, rewards, talent and other processes.
• Use data to generate insights, monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Deliver change initiatives and communicate progress and benefits effectively.
