Job summary

The role involves partnering with managers, coaching on ER matters and shaping the People Strategy. A fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent offers a varied HR role.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR advisory practice.
• Experience partnering with managers and coaching on ER matters.
• Experience delivering learning initiatives and development plans.
• Data interpretation to inform people decisions.
• Experience managing HR projects and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR advice to managers and colleagues across diverse matters.
• Partner with managers as a trusted HR business partner and deliver practical solutions.
• Coach managers on sickness, wellbeing, performance, conduct and ER issues.
• Advise on recruitment, workforce planning, design, succession, rewards and policies.
• Contribute to People Strategy and broader HR initiatives.
• Lead design and delivery of engaging L&D programmes and resources.
• Identify learning needs and evaluate impact of interventions.
• Support talent development, career progression and leadership development.
• Lead HR projects and drive organisational change.
