Job summary
HeliosX seeks a People Insights Manager to scale our analytics function, turning messy people data into insight and self-serve dashboards for senior leaders. This hands-on role will design a dashboard suite from scratch, reporting to the Head of People Insights, and collaborating with the People Systems team.
It’s a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. You’ll own metrics, drive consistency, and translate data into business impact with clear narratives that resonate beyond HR.
Qualifications
- Proven ownership of dashboards and reporting in HR or people analytics.
- Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with imperfect data and messy underlying systems.
Responsibilities
- Turn stakeholder requests into clear questions and build targeted analyses.
- Build and maintain a self-serve dashboard suite using BI tools.
- Define consistent metrics across dashboards and automate recurring requests.
- Provide analysis for performance cycles, including ratings and trends.
- Turn engagement survey results into actionable insights for leaders.
- Link people metrics to business impact and revenue, partnering across teams.
