Ellison Institute of Technology seeks an experienced HR Advisor to deliver professional HR services across EIT. You will advise managers and staff on policies, employment law and HR best practice, ensuring consistent, compliant people management within the central HR team.

You will support onboarding, employee relations, learning and data governance, and policy development. This office-based role requires UK work eligibility and collaboration across global time zones.

Formación

• Working knowledge of HR principles, policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Experience handling multiple employee relations issues with sensitivity and discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability to address HR related challenges proactively.
• Experience within biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, research or other highly regulated environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, solution-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred or clear evidence from career history of qualification by experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR advisory support to enable managers to apply policies and best practices.
• Support managers across the employee lifecycle with onboarding, changes, leave processes and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, produce reports, and support HR initiatives and governance.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
