Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or a similar position).
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (experience with teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards meet high local standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback and in-store training.
• Ensure a guest-first approach, build strong guest relations and increase loyalty and store performance.
