Joe & The Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the UK to support daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and drive excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, coach staff, and optimize store performance while championing our people-centric culture and growth opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor).
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment (teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, in-store training, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a guest-first approach, building guest relations and increasing loyalty while optimizing store performance.
• Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
