Job summary

Blue Light Card is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to drive the Inform, Engage and Embed phases across the organisation. You will design role-specific learning pathways, develop live and async content, and build interventions that embed new behaviours rather than mere tool usage.

You will support the AI Champions Network, track adoption signals, and report progress to the Chief People Officer. The fixed-term role lasts up to 12 months and offers hybrid working with offices in London or

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning large-scale AI adoption programmes.
• Experience designing enablement programmes that drive lasting behaviour change.
• Strong change management track record and ability to lead people through a journey.
• Experience building and running peer-led learning communities or champion networks.
• Able to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for diverse audiences.
• Experience defining and owning success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive BLC's AI adoption programme across Inform, Engage, and Embed phases, building on live foundations.
• Design role-specific learning pathways and live and async content that connect AI tools to real job tasks.
• Design interventions to embed and sustain, focusing on behaviours and everyday working practices.
• Support the AI Champions Network, their selection, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
• Use creative methods to design peer-led learning mechanics and track adoption signals.
• Agree delivery milestones with leadership, build a measurement framework and report progress and blockers.
