• Proven experience driving AI adoption and transformation at scale.

• A track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programmes.
• Experience of change management and organisational transformation.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve outcomes.
• Retail or consumer industry experience would be an advantage.
• AI certifications beneficial.
• Change management qualifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver an AI enablement plan aligned to group objectives.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to champion AI initiatives.
• Create and run workshops and training programmes for AI learning.
• Establish ethical standards for responsible AI use.
• Partner with AI Products team to encourage AI ready workplace.
• Define and track measures of adoption and value created through AI.
• Support teams through change management.
• Develop communication materials showcasing AI success stories.
• Drive innovation through enablement communities.
• Lead in building AI skills and knowledge.
