Job summary

Blue Light Card is accelerating its AI-native transformation within the People function, reporting to the Chief People Officer and Strategy Director for AI Adoption. The role leads the three‑phase AI adoption program, focusing on embedding new ways of working through practical tasks, a Champions Network, and measurable impact across inform, engage and embed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale AI adoption or behaviour-change programs.
• Experience designing enablement programmes that drive lasting change.
• Strong change-management capability across levels and functions.
• Experience building peer-led learning communities or champion networks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI adoption programme across Inform, Engage, Embed phases with leadership.
• Design role-specific learning pathways linking AI tools to real tasks.
• Embed interventions to sustain new ways of working and measure outcomes.
• Support AI Champions Network including onboarding and community infrastructure.
• Create and deliver peer-led learning mechanisms and track adoption signals.
• Set milestones, build a measurement framework, and report progress to the CPeO.
