Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead employee experience and engagement across sites. You will translate priorities into actions, drive recognition programs, and ensure fair policy application with strong data-backed decision making.

You will work onsite, partnering with campus leaders, safety teams, and HR colleagues to elevate workplace culture, performance, and compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsabilités

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Build an environment where employees feel safe and included.
• Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s).
• Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards.
• Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure safety program execution.
• Lead community initiatives and collaborate with Public Policy and PR teams.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, including AI and self-service tools.
