You will facilitate leadership workshops, coach Home Managers, run listening sessions, and develop career pathways while driving sustainable changes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in shaping culture and leadership development.
• Ability to coach individuals and groups in home-care environments.
• Track record of turning insights into practical change.

Responsibilities

• Translate Vision and Values into observable behaviours for colleagues.
• Review the full colleague journey from attraction to retention.
• Design and deliver a leadership development approach.
• Coach leaders one-to-one and in groups.
• Use evidence to understand culture and colleague experience.
• Support talent progression and retention initiatives.
• Drive positive change by turning ideas into plans and measures.
