Job summary

Practicus is seeking a Colleague Experience & Engagement Partner to shape culture across a multi-site organisation in Greater London, operating hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.

You will work with senior leaders to design practical, bespoke coaching and leadership development programmes, turning insights into action and improving retention.

Autonomy and a blank-canvas brief offer the chance to build the function from the ground up and create a tangible employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across colleague experience, employee engagement, culture, OD or leadership development.
• Strong 1-to-1 and group coaching capability.
• Excellent workshop design and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating bespoke leadership development programmes.
• The ability to use engagement data to identify opportunities and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate organisational values into tangible behaviours that colleagues can see and experience daily.
• Build and deliver practical, in-house leadership development programmes and toolkits.
• Coaching & Active Listening with leaders and frontline teams.
• Review the entire colleague journey and design practical improvements.
• Establish the organisation's engagement baseline and turn data into actionable priorities.
• Develop meaningful career pathways, particularly for hourly-paid colleagues.
