Signature Care Homes is seeking a Colleague Experience and Engagement Partner to translate our Vision and Values into everyday experiences across our homes and support functions. You will drive culture, leadership, and colleague experience initiatives with hands-on, practical programmes that teams can feel and see.

This is a visible, fast-moving role where you will design, build and deliver approaches to improve how people feel at work, how they grow, and why they stay with Signature.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Colleague Experience and Engagement initiatives across Signature Care Homes and the Support Office.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.
• Coach Home Managers and senior leaders to improve culture, engagement and retention.
• Build and implement a practical, evidence-based approach to improving colleague experience.
• Spend meaningful time in homes to observe, diagnose and drive sustainable change.
