Job summary

Carbon Clean is seeking a People Experience Lead to own and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle across a scaling, global team. This hands-on role reports to the Head of People Experience and partners with leaders to deliver a streamlined People function.

You will manage HiBob and Deel, drive automation, and coordinate DEI&B initiatives while ensuring payroll and benefits administration across the UK, US and ROW.

Qualifications

• Senior People Operations or People Experience experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive self-starter bringing structure and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on HRIS management and automation with HiBob, and payroll/EOR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across regions.
• Scale processes with automation, partner with leaders for policy guidance.
• Support M&A onboarding, data alignment and integration.
• Manage People systems and data reporting on headcount, engagement and attrition.
• Drive payroll inputs and benefits administration across UK/US/ROW.
• Lead bi-monthly Town Halls and craft clear internal communications.
