Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a senior People leader to partner with our Global VP of People and UK senior leadership. You will help scale the People function for a 270+ UK team within a growing global cohort, embedding governance, practices and policies to support rapid growth.

You will build metrics from People data, lead talent, development and performance discussions, and roll out processes that enable managers to lead effectively while protecting employee wellbeing and culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of driving exceptional results in People domains.
• Experience in high-growth startups or performance-driven organisations.
• Ability to lead and scale People functions across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK leadership to scale the People function and processes.
• Build meaningful People data metrics and use evidence to drive decisions.
• Lead on complex employee matters and guide managers on policy changes.
