Job summary

Technimove in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the people experience in a hands-on, 360° role. You'll lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development, reward, employee relations and HR administration, working with the People & Talent Partner and SLT to deliver a proactive and engaging employee journey.

This role demands solid knowledge of UK employment law, CIPD qualifications, and experience with HiBob and Ashby within an SME.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience using HiBob and Ashby.
• Experience in SME or broad standalone HR role.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, practical, solutions-focused approach.

• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate screenings, interviews and references.
• Support onboarding, inductions and mandatory training.
• Manage HR records and policy compliance.
• Provide practical HR guidance to managers.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with SLT on people projects.
• Ensure data security and compliance with BMS.
