Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is seeking a Newcastle-based People Experience Assistant to support transactional HR processes across the employment life cycle and provide admin support to the People & Culture function.

The role focuses on delivering a high level of HR service across offices, assisting with joiners, changes, and inductions, and ensuring accurate HR data in systems while coordinating with payroll, facilities and IT to enable smooth onboarding and a people-centric work environment.
