Qualifications

• Proven track record in change management and people experience initiatives.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the employee and manager experience across the lifecycle at Hiscox.
• Provide the key People Experience viewpoint on strategy and implementation of priorities.
• Lead on the employee value proposition (EVP) and drive adoption of People programmes.
• Provide programme and change management support for People initiatives including centre of excellence and M&A activity.
• Oversee the People technology roadmap and ensure adoption, efficiency and usability.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through AI, data and automation.
• Coordinate policy, process and governance to balance employee and business needs.
