Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Workforce Change Manager to join the People function. You will lead moderately complex people change initiatives, drive workforce planning globally, and provide specialist recommendations to ensure smooth transitions and delivery of strategic transformations.

You will collaborate with HR partners and leadership, own change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and mentor colleagues, operating with day-to-day autonomy to align initiatives with Hiscox's goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of specific people change initiatives, leveraging project and programme management best practices.
• Manage global workforce planning and track workforce movement across regions.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to ensure aligned change strategy.
• Provide expert recommendations on people change approaches, risk mitigation and issue resolution in ambiguous situations.
