Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd in Leatherhead, Surrey is seeking an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and the installation function within an established fenestration business.

You will oversee installation teams, plan schedules, coordinate surveyors and suppliers, manage stock and deliveries, and ensure projects meet timeline and quality standards while maintaining health and safety across the operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the installation teams and day-to-day operations
• Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources
• Coordinate surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers
• Monitor projects from order through to delivery and installation
• Ensure installations are completed on time and to the required standards
• Manage snagging, remedial works and follow-up requirements
• Oversee stock control, warehouse organisation and materials
• Place supplier orders and monitor them through to delivery
• Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules
• Resolve supplier, delivery and product issues
• Take responsibility for health & safety across operations and installation
• Coordinate multiple projects and identify potential delays
• Ensure projects are fully prepared before installers attend site
• Support improvements to operational processes and systems

An established business within the window and door industry is looking for an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and installation function.

This is a hands‑on management position overseeing installation teams while also taking responsibility for planning, stock, ordering, deliveries, suppliers, customers and health & safety.

The ideal candidate will have strong fenestration experience, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
