Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an HR and Onboarding Officer to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, recruitment administration, and provide practical HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance and smooth processes.
Hybrid working arrangement with the London office; CIPD Level 3 or progress toward it is preferred. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping and supporting organisational change as needed.
Salary: £34,200 to £38,000 annum for 35 hours per week.

The HR and Onboarding Officer plays a key role in delivering this. As part of a customer-focused HR service, you will ensure colleagues and candidates experience a smooth, professional and compliant journey, for the whole employee lifecycle.
You do not need housing sector experience to succeed. What matters most is your ability to deliver high-quality HR support, provide clear and accurate advice, and manage processes efficiently with strong attention to detail: including recruitment administration, onboarding, first-line advice and core HR processes.
