Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a People function with employment issues across the business.
• Operational ER experience including disability-related absence or bullying/harassment cases.
• Ability to manage coaching and development for junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor team members, setting clear objectives and promoting growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous service delivery improvements.
• Oversee resource planning and develop processes for operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day ER activity, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Deliver and tailor core management training sessions for the business.
• Manage People data and generate insightful reports for decision making.
• Own and lead People projects to enhance employee experience and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on policy updates and system implementations.
• Produce engaging internal People communications to boost engagement.
