Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development or people development.
• Designing and delivering leadership programmes.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement and performance management.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using people data and insights to drive decisions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Collaborative, positive and solutions‑focused approach.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designing and embedding leadership and management development initiatives.
• Developing capability and competency frameworks, career pathways and succession planning approaches.
• Leading employee engagement and employee experience initiatives from design through to implementation.
• Using people data and engagement insights to continually improve the colleague experience.
• Partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability and influence people strategy.
• Driving organisational development and culture change initiatives.
• Coaching and developing leaders to strengthen management capability and embed continuous development across the business.
• Providing HR advisory support and guidance on employee relations matters where required.
