Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience in organisational development, learning and development, or a related discipline is essential.
• Significant experience in organisational development, learning and development, culture change and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team within the People Department and partner with colleagues across the institution.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership and people management effectiveness.
