Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a strategic People leader to deliver the people strategy and oversee the People function across a multi-business professional services environment of around 300 people. You will partner with senior leaders to drive engagement, organisational effectiveness and capability, coaching the People team and ensuring compliant, commercially focused practices.

Reporting to the People Director, you will be responsible for delivering the people strategy and ensuring the effective operation of the People function across a multi-business professional services environment or circa 300 people.

You will play a key role in supporting business leaders, driving organisational effectiveness, developing people capability and embedding people practices that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are seeking an individual who combines strong people leadership with commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.

• Team leadership experience within a commercial environment – 3 people upwards
• Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary people teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven change management capability.
• A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to HR.
• High levels of emotional intelligence and resilience.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and support senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Experience within professional services, consulting, legal, financial services or similarly knowledge-based businesses would be advantageous.
