Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a People Data & Reporting Analyst to turn people data into clear insight. You’ll work with HR Analytics, HR Systems and the wider People function to support regular reporting and respond to data requests.

You'll use Excel, Workday reporting and other tools to extract, check and present data, help improve data quality and contribute to dashboards and insight products that support senior leaders’ decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data, reporting or analysis in a professional environment.
• Experience using Workday (or equivalent) to build reports and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular people reporting and MI, ensuring outputs are accurate and clearly presented for stakeholders.
• Respond to ad hoc data and insight requests from HR and wider stakeholders.
• Use Excel, Workday reporting and other analytical tools to extract, check, analyse and present people data.
• Assist with data quality checks and investigate anomalies to ensure data reliability.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports and insight products for senior leaders.
• Translate data into clear summaries and visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with HR Systems and HR teams to understand data sources and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance.
