Job summary

Requirements of the role

Role Responsibilities

• Produce regular people reporting and management information, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and clearly presented, enabling stakeholders to make informed workforce decisions
• Respond to ad hoc data and insight requests from HR colleagues and wider stakeholders, helping them understand workforce trends, patterns and issues to support effective decision-making
• Use Excel, Workday reporting and other analytical tools to extract, check, analyse and present people data, providing valuable insights that support business decisions
• Assist with data quality checks, identifying anomalies and working with colleagues to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring confidence in the accuracy and reliability of people data
• Support the development of dashboards, reports and insight products that help the People function and senior leaders make evidence-based decisions and shape strategic priorities
• Translate data into clear summaries, commentary and visual outputs that are accessible to non-technical audiences, making complex information easy to understand and act upon
• Work collaboratively with HR Systems and wider HR teams to understand data sources, definitions and reporting requirements, helping to deliver consistent and meaningful people insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement activity, including improving reporting processes, documentation and data governance practices, enhancing efficiency, accuracy and the overall quality of reporting outputs
