The Woodland Trust is seeking a People Data Analyst to transform workforce data into meaningful insights that guide decisions across the organisation. The role is advertised as full-time (37.5 hours) with scope for reduced hours (30 per week) and is hybrid, combining home working with monthly head-office attendance at Grantham.

Key duties include producing regular workforce reports, identifying trends, delivering evidence-based insights, and improving data quality and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Translate data into clear insights through reports, dashboards and commentary.
• Maintain data accuracy, quality and integrity across datasets.
• Experience using reporting tools to produce management information.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain regular workforce reports and dashboards.
• Analyze people data to identify trends across recruitment, retention, absence, wellbeing and performance.
• Provide evidence-based insights to support leadership decisions.
• Develop and improve reporting processes and definitions for consistency.
• Support statutory and compliance reporting including equality data and external returns.
• Collaborate with People and system admins to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Respond to stakeholder requests for data and insights to build confidence in workforce information.
• Contribute to future reporting and system requirements to meet organisational needs.
