Job summary

The Woodland Trust, based in the UK, is seeking a Data Engineer to enhance data management and integrate a new Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The role involves monitoring data queries, writing SQL scripts, and documenting data flows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data-focused roles, strong SQL and Azure knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This position is hybrid, requiring occasional attendance at the Grantham office.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering or a similar data focused role.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, especially Azure.
• Proficient in SQL query authoring using MS SQL and Azure SQL.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data engineering support for queries and resolutions.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts and queries.
• Document data flows and perform analytical tasks.

Experience working as a data engineer

Cloud-based data platforms (Azure)
