Job summary

Moody's in London seeks a Communications Strategist to drive employee communications across onboarding, recognition, career milestones and culture. You will translate policy updates into clear, human communications and support leadership messaging for the People team.

In this role, you will manage lifecycle programs, ensure consistency with enterprise narratives, and partner with Brand, Regional and Executive teams to align internal and external storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of experience in internal communications, employee experience or HR communications in a large global org.
• Experience supporting HR and People program communications.
• Strong writing skills, translate updates into accessible employee communications.
• Good judgment handling confidential or emotionally sensitive material.
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle platforms and metrics.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and curiosity to apply AI in communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee communications across onboarding, recognition, career milestones and culture, making Moody's employee experience clear.
• Execute lifecycle communications programs including onboarding, promotions, anniversaries and recognition.
• Draft clear employee communications translating policy updates into human language.
• Support VP in narrative materials for CHRO and leadership updates on People priorities.
• Ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with enterprise internal communications voice and cadence.
• Produce content and plan channels for culture and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing communications strategies for sensitive workforce topics under VP guidance.
• Track engagement data and refine programs based on results.
