People & Change Manager — HR Transformation

Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a People & Change Manager to join our Consulting practice in delivering HR and transformation initiatives for diverse client engagements. You will lead projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive change across organisations.

You will work with Directors and Partners to shape propositions and support business development, while leveraging your expertise in operating models and workforce transformation to deliver value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Consulting or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Programme and Project Management for large-scale business (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Qualification in Change Management e.g. Prosci (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues by conducting in-depth research and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Lead delivery of client projects and workstreams with strategic plans and high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with clients in Ireland and internationally to drive successful project delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert within client organisations and teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR and Change projects from initiation to completion.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Support growth of the internal practice through proposals, thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
