Grant Thornton Ireland invites applications for a People & Change Manager within our Consulting practice. You will lead on HR, organisational change and strategic transformation, guiding projects and communicating with Directors and Partners.

You will collaborate across diverse sectors, leveraging expertise in operating model design, workforce planning and change methodologies to drive successful outcomes and client value.

Qualifications

• A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Consulting or corporate environment.
• Project/Program Management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues, run workshops, analyze data and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Lead delivery of client projects and workstreams, manage plans, teams and financials, produce high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with clients in Ireland and internationally to align with strategic goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and act as a change/subject matter expert within client organisations and the firm.
• Shape propositions, refine methodologies and promote thought leadership to grow the internal practice.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client Change projects from initiation to completion.
