Premier in London is seeking a People and Change Lead to drive major transformation programmes. The role focuses on future operating model, workforce planning, and change management, with strong interaction with senior stakeholders and Trade Unions.

You will lead consultation and redeployment aligned with employment law, supported by HR to implement learning, reward and workforce planning strategies during a major system rollout.

• Consulting with Trade unions and building trusted relationships with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the transformation programme and provide expert advice to programme and executive stakeholders.
• Define the future operating model, including role design, workforce modelling and cost analysis.
• Manage consultation, redeployment and workforce changes in line with employment law, with Trade Unions.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure the right learning and development, reward and workforce planning approaches are in place.
• Coordinate with the Change Lead to align communication and upskilling across the organisation during system implementations.
