Job summary

Nature's Way Foods Ltd is seeking a hands-on People Business Partner to partner with site leadership across Chichester. You will deliver the people agenda, manage employee relations, and shape workforce planning for a 24/7 operation.

The role requires strong HR generalist experience in manufacturing, with excellent knowledge of UK employment law, coaching skills, and capability in data-driven decision-making. This interim FTC covers multiple sites with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching and influencing managers at various levels.
• Experience supporting organisational change, consultation and workforce planning.
• Ability to interpret people data and translate insight into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in challenging appropriately while maintaining relationships.
• Organisationally focused with strong prioritisation and delivery.
• Experience using HR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site managers and leaders, delivering practical people advice.
• Translate operational priorities into effective people plans and actions.
• Provide expert ER guidance and manage cases within timescales.
• Coach managers to improve capability and reduce reliance on HR.
• Ensure consistent policy application and UK employment law compliance.
• Support organisational change including restructures and changes to terms.
• Analyse people data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and L&D on workforce planning.
• Support retention initiatives and employee experience improvements.
• Lead or contribute to people projects and audits across sites.
