Job summary

Nature's Way Foods Ltd is seeking a People Business Partner for an interim 6-month contract in Chichester. You will work closely with site leadership to deliver the people agenda, advise on employee relations, and drive workforce planning across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes practical, commercially-focused HR support with a strong operational touch. The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience in manufacturing, knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to coach

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching managers at different levels of the organisation.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning.
• Ability to translate people data into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to challenge constructively while maintaining relationships.
• Strong organisational skills in a fast-moving environment.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, providing practical HR advice and challenge.
• Partner with designated business areas to translate priorities into effective people plans.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring timely and compliant handling.
• Coach and develop managers to improve capability and reduce People team dependency.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and employment law across sites.
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Use data and trends to identify issues and agree actions with leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Learning & Development on workforce needs.
• Support site retention, engagement, and flexible working arrangements.
• Lead People projects and maintain compliant HR processes across sites.
