Job summary

AMA Admin is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading FMCG/manufacturing organisation on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, working across multi-site operations with travel. You will partner with senior operational leaders to shape people strategy, drive engagement and culture, and support organisational change with pragmatic, commercially minded HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR Business Partner experience in a challenging operational environment.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business challenges into people solutions.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or similarly operationally intensive environments.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting organisational change, culture development and business transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
• Flexible to travel UK-wide.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading FMCG/manufacturing organisation on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

This is a highly visible, commercially focused HR role, partnering with senior operational leaders across a number of high-profile manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement and culture, supporting organisational change and providing pragmatic, commercially minded HR leadership.

The role will require regular travel between sites, particularly during the initial phase, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working across multiple locations and engaging directly with site leadership teams and frontline manufacturing colleagues.
