Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a People Business Partner to be the trusted advisor for HR across the business, partnering with managers to provide practical guidance that drives performance while protecting the company from risk.

In this broad role you’ll own employee relations, talent development, payroll queries and organisational change, coaching leaders, analysing people data, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience as People Business Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all people-related advice and support.
• Providing guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
• Supporting managers with talent, succession planning and workforce planning activities.
• Coordinating responses from specialist teams including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.
• Supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Analysing people data and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Building strong relationships with leaders and influencing decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and company procedures.
• Driving a proactive, commercially focused people agenda across your business areas.
