Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to support the People Strategy across Care Groups. You will provide high-quality HR advice on complex issues, focusing on change management, strategic resourcing and workforce planning to enable a great place to work for staff.

You will travel across Trust sites, ensure compliant practices, and participate in recruitment and retention efforts.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent qualification; CIPD membership preferred.
• Solid knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience delivering HR advice in large organisations, ideally NHS or public sector.
• Ability to manage change and implement organisational strategies.
• Willingness to travel across Trust sites with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality HR advice on complex and sensitive issues.
• Support change management, resourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies and attend career events.
• Engage with Staffside representatives to facilitate harmonious employee relations.
• Input into Care Group organisational design and partnership with recruitment teams.
