  • 35 days holiday a year including bank holidays and Christmas Closure, with an option to purchase up to 3 extra days’ holiday per year
  • Pension scheme with tax-efficient salary sacrifice option
  • Life Assurance Policy
  • Medicash policy to cover some dental, optical and other medical expenses
  • Company sick pay

  • Flexible, agile working environment with a positive work-life balance
  • Varied calendar of funded company social events
  • Monthly voucher awards for winning nominees

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, including performance management, grievance, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, driving cultural change across the firm.
  • Foster an environment of continuous feedback and improvement, supporting the firm’s commitment to learning and development.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and create strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Partner on performance review cycles and career development planning.
  • Work with managers and the Recruitment team to reach and maintain headcount targets.

Policy, Systems & Compliance:

  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant with UK legislation, and reflective of best practice in the legal sector.
  • Provide guidance on the application of policies to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Contribute to maintaining employee and general data, including supporting our PeopleHR Information System and associated processes.
  • Contribute to the monthly payroll process as required.
