About Fletters Solicitors:

Fletchers is a rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury and clinical negligence law, based in the North-West of the UK, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, & Southport. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide effective HR and recruitment services to managers and team members.
  2. Manage recruitment processes for a caseload of vacancies.
  3. Contribute to procedures for maintaining employee data, supporting our PeopleHR system.
  4. Track employee relations issues using a case management approach.
  5. Support managers with performance management and conduct PIP processes where appropriate.
  6. Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to specific managers.
  7. Support the monthly payroll process as needed.
  8. Participate in HR and recruitment aspects of organizational change programs.
  9. Keep the People Policies Handbook updated.
  10. Provide data and reports as required.
  11. Perform other duties as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has generalist HR knowledge and experience, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Is proactive, with problem-solving skills.
  • Has strong organization skills to plan and coordinate work effectively.
  • Possesses excellent ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or working towards it.
  • Experience in professional services or a similar sector is beneficial but not required.
