Fletchers is a rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury and clinical negligence law, based in the North-West of the UK, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, & Southport. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective HR and recruitment services to managers and team members.
- Manage recruitment processes for a caseload of vacancies.
- Contribute to procedures for maintaining employee data, supporting our PeopleHR system.
- Track employee relations issues using a case management approach.
- Support managers with performance management and conduct PIP processes where appropriate.
- Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to specific managers.
- Support the monthly payroll process as needed.
- Participate in HR and recruitment aspects of organizational change programs.
- Keep the People Policies Handbook updated.
- Provide data and reports as required.
- Perform other duties as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has generalist HR knowledge and experience, including recruitment and performance management.
- Is proactive, with problem-solving skills.
- Has strong organization skills to plan and coordinate work effectively.
- Possesses excellent ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or working towards it.
- Experience in professional services or a similar sector is beneficial but not required.
