Job summary

NRG in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced People & OD Business Partner on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, 29.6 hours per week, with one office day per week after ramp-up.

You will provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle, handle complex employee relations matters, coach managers on policy and employment legislation, and support TUPE transfers, organisational change, and changes to terms and conditions. Interviews in October.

Qualifications

• Excellent employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent).
• Experience using an integrated HR system; iTrent would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join an established People & OD team and provide high-quality HR advice, guidance and support to managers across the organisation.
