Job summary

GTC Recruitment is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 12-month contract. The role is hybrid at West Burton, requiring 3 days on site per week, with a daily rate of £350–£450.

You will provide trusted HR advice, manage employee relations, support HR projects and development initiatives, and produce HR metrics to guide business decisions. CIPD Level 5 and UK employment law experience are essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience delivering HR projects and people-focused programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data, MI and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex environment and can provide high-quality people advice while supporting wider HR projects and organisational initiatives.

The Role

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, providing trusted HR advice and supporting a range of employee and organisational matters.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
