Job summary

GTC Recruitment is seeking an experienced People Business Partner for an initial 12-month contract located at West Burton with a hybrid pattern (3 days on-site per week). The role focuses on delivering trusted HR advice, employee relations support, and partnering with managers and stakeholders across the organisation.

You will lead HR projects, analytics, and workforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with UK employment law and company policy.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HR Business Partner.
• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience delivering HR projects and people-focused programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and HR data/MI reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.

Rate: £350-£450 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex environment and can provide high-quality people advice while supporting wider HR projects and organisational initiatives.

The Role

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, providing trusted HR advice and supporting a range of employee and organisational matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR advice and guidance across a broad range of people matters.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.


• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HR Business Partner.


• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment law.


• Experience delivering HR projects and people-focused programmes.


• Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, MI and reporting.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.


• Strong organisational and project-management abilities.


• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
