People and Culture Team Administrator
£30,402 per annum
Location: Wimbledon, Greater London
Hours: 37.5 or 30 hours over 4 or 5 days (Monday to Friday)

This is a key role in our client's People & Culture team. They currently employ approximately 200 people, including a bank workforce of around 40. They use Iris Cascade for HR & Payroll processing, including Recruitment Plus. The team is well-established, with foundational HR systems in place.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their HR knowledge and skills. You will support employee relations, resourcing, data management, learning functions, and general HR duties within a team of five HR professionals. The team values collaboration and energy, providing opportunities for growth and career development.
The position can be full-time, up to 37.5 hours over 5 days, with flexibility for less hours (30) over 4 or 5 days. Applicants should specify their preferred working pattern during the application process. Typically, staff work three days in the South Wimbledon office or other services and two days from home, often on Mondays and Fridays.
