Working hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours per week
Working style: Hybrid, with approx. 2 days per week travel to other sites

Our Climate Division is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR coordinator (known internally as People & Culture coordinator) to join our team on a fixed term contract. In this role you will support the delivery of people, culture, change and engagement initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and consistently. You’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, analysing data, creating engaging communications and supporting recruitment activities.
