Job summary

Genuit Group’s Climate Management Solutions is seeking a motivated People & Culture Coordinator on a fixed‑term contract to drive HR transformation, engagement and project work within a growing division.

You will coordinate activities, analyse data, create engaging communications and support recruitment while ensuring accuracy and compliance, contributing to a better employee experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, or CIPD Level 5 approved.
• Strong attention to detail with data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Day to day HR coordination, governance records and trackers.
• Monitor milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support development of change and engagement strategy and communications.
• Contribute to programme communications, materials and briefings.
• Produce regular people-related reports and dashboards, tracking risks.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and tools across teams.
• Collaborate across HR, ER, communications, programme management.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and policies.
