Genuit Group plc, Caerphilly, is seeking a on-site Administrator to ensure enquiries are captured early, entered into the database, and passed to Estimating for quotes. The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract, with standard hours from Monday to Friday and a focus on accurate data and timely responses.
The successful candidate will manage multiple enquiries, coordinate with teams, and maintain a high level of customer service, while aligning with Genuit’s core values and commitments.

Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nuaire has ambitious growth plans.
The primary function of the role is to ensure all customer enquiries are identified correctly and at the earliest stage all relevant key project information is obtained. The Administrator will then process all enquires onto our Database to enable Estimating Teams to prepare quotes for customers.
This is a 3-month FTC opportunity in the first instance.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm Friday 8:30am to 4pm
Working style: Onsite.
