  • Maintain accurate training records and produce monthly Board, operational and training reports.
  • Support Social Value and ESG activity, maintaining the ESG register and tracking actions, commitments, progress and supporting evidence.
  • Coordinate the Social Value Portal, collating and checking data, monitoring submission deadlines and maintaining accurate audit trails.

As a People and Culture Administrator you’ll have:

  • Ideally, experience within Learning & Development, training or a similar environment, with a willingness to occasionally travel and develop within the role.
  • Previous administration experience, with strong IT and Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work accurately to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • A methodical approach and excellent attention to detail, ensuring information, correspondence and records are accurate and well presented.
  • A proactive, flexible and “can-do” approach, with the confidence to work independently and identify opportunities to improve processes.
